Returns & Exchange
At Jewel Nag Couture, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked to ensure you receive the finest craftsmanship. Kindly review our policy below:
Policy Guidelines
- Sale / Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Returns are only accepted if the product is received in a damaged condition.
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process such requests.
- Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Exchanges are only applicable if the product delivered is damaged or defective.
- No monetary refunds are provided for any orders.
- Approved cases will receive store credit or replacement only.
- Prepaid orders are non-refundable.
- Only replacement or store credit will be issued (if applicable).
COD Orders Policy
- If a customer refuses delivery or cancels after dispatch,
- The COD option will be disabled for future purchases.
Important Notes
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and photography.
- Customized / made-to-order outfits (Lehengas, Bridal Wear, etc.) are non-returnable & non-exchangeable.
